The Société des Amis de Marcel Proust et des Amis de Combray
Founded in 1947, our Society brings together Proust readers from around the world, united by their love of the writer's life and work. We manage the Maison de Tante Léonie – Musée Marcel Proust in Illiers-Combray, the small town in the Beauce region that Proust immortalised as the Combray of In Search of Lost Time.
This online shop is its natural extension: here you will find our publications, books and carefully selected objects, all gathered by the museum team for lovers of Proust. Orders are prepared and shipped from Illiers-Combray by the Maison's team — a French team, attentive and devoted, who place a little of the spirit of the house in every parcel.
