Shipments handled by the Society
For the majority of orders, packing and dispatch are handled by the Société des Amis de Marcel Proust from Illiers-Combray (28120), France, within 3 to 5 working days of payment receipt. During busy periods (year-end, publication of a new issue of the Bulletin Marcel Proust), this may extend to 7 working days.
Shipments are sent via La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo parcel service, depending on weight and destination). Postage costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and displayed before final payment confirmation.
Shipments handled by third parties
Some publications are dispatched directly by their publisher. In such cases, this is clearly indicated on the product page, along with the estimated delivery time specific to that sender. The Society cannot be held responsible for third-party shipping delays.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (generally 5 to 15 working days for shipments handled by the Society). Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Where the chosen shipping method includes postal tracking, a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order from your customer account.
